Happy Groundhog Day!Science 9: Today we completed a metal lab. Everyone seemed to really enjoy this activity, especially the burning of magnesium!! Lab reports are due on Monday, February 6th. Chemistry test (chapter 1,2, and 3) will be Wednesday, February 8th. Portfolios were handed in today and will be passed back on Monday.
Health 8/9: Personality Islands Project was collected today. We started the section on stressors and ways to mediate stress today. We will be having a quiz on this unit in the next couple of weeks.
Science 8: Today we reviewed for our in-class assignment by having a game of "Towers". In-class assignment will be Monday, February 6th (Chapter 9 only) and the test will be Friday, February 10th. (Chapter 7,8 and 9).
Reminders:
* Tomorrow is the last day to buy candy grams($1) and crush ($2).
* Literacy Day will be taking place last period tomorrow. Also a reminder that tomorrow is PJ day!
