Science 2200: We played a review game for our Chapter 1 Quiz tomorrow!

Science 1206: We completed some practice on forecasting the weather.

Math 1201 (B): We finished section 4.1. Please finish questions page 206 #1-4 for homework.

Math 1201(B): Study check was completed on sections 3.1-3.2. If you missed the study check it will be written on Thursday at lunch. We started section 4.1, please finish the chart in your notes.

Math 1202: We started our measurement career worksheet.

Math 1201 (D): Study check was completed on sections 3.1-3.2. Please finish questions page 206 #1-4 for homework.

Math 3201: Study check on section 2.4-2.7 was completed. Please work on section 2.7 questions. We will continue working on them next class. Study check on section 2.7 will be Friday and test will be next Wednesday.

October 29th

Math 1201 (D): we started section 4.1. Reminder that the study check on section 3.1-3.2 is tomorrow.

Math 3201: Study check for sections 2.4-2.6 was moved to tomorrow. We completed notes on section 2.7. We will complete some practice tomorrow. Test on unit 2 will be next Wednesday November 7th. 

Science 2200: Checklist for Chapter 1 portfolio was handed out. they are due next Tuesday. Quiz on Chapter 1 is this Thursday, November 1st. We completed an activity on the WALL-E movie today, please place these in your portfolio.

Science 1206: We had a discussion on weather tools and completed an activity.

Science 2200: We finished watching WALL-E. we will be completing activities on this next day.

Science 1206: We finished our key ideas from last day and reviewed our chapter 1 quiz.

Math 1201 (B): Study check will be on Tuesday (sections 3.1-3.2). Finish questions page 146 #4,5,6 and page 147 #7,8,10,11,13  for homework.

Math 1202: Completed a games day for our games and puzzles portion of our portfolio.

NOTE: Math 3201 study check on Monday includes sections 2.4-2.6!!!

Math 1202: Unit 1 portfolios were handed out and we set things up for Unit 2. Students worked on section 2.1 questions, If you did not finish in class please finish for homework! Page 62-62 #5,6, Page 66-67 #1,3,10,11 and Page 68-69 # 3-7

Math 1201 (D): We started section 3.2. Please finish example 1 c and example 3 for homework.

Math 3201: We finished section 2.5-2.6. Please complete question #10 and 11 page 118-119 for homework. There will be a study check on section 2.5-2.6 on Monday. 

Science 2200: We started the movie Wall-E, we will finish this next class and complete an activity. Chapter 1 Quiz will be next Thursday, November 1st and portfolio will be due Tuesday November 6th.

Note: Science 1206 students who missed the Chapter 1 Quiz, the make-up will be tomorrow at lunch. Mind Maps will now be due on Friday, I will hand out a rubric tomorrow!

Math 3201: Students completed a study check on solving factorials and permutations. We will look at section 2.4 on Monday.

Science 2200: Students made corrections to their chapter 1 questions and ensured all portfolio items to date were in their folder.

Science 1206: Students worked on their mindmaps (due Monday October 22nd). They also discussed their labs with their groups. Chapter 1 quiz is next Wednesday October 17th.

Science 1206: Labs were collected today! Students completed a foldable activity on the different fronts. This will be a great study tool for their upcoming quiz on chapter 1. Quiz will be the week of October 15th. Date will be given next week.

Math 1201 (B): We finished section 1.7. In-class assignment is next Wednesday. There will be a lunch review next Tuesday!

Math 1202: Today was our game/puzzle day! Students are to complete and record two games/puzzles for their portfolio. Our unit 1 test will be next Thursday!
