The last full week of classes is finished! Where has the time gone?

Science 8&9: Today we had a review class for our final exam. We will have another one on Friday.

 Reminders: 


* Keep in mind that exams are only a week away!
* Practice Exam keys are posted in class and on the blog (May 31st Post)
* There will be lunchtime review today and Friday.
* If you have not passed in your health collage yet, the final due date is Monday!!

June 5th

Only 13 Days of class left! 



Science 9: Today we finished our mitosis and meiosis comparison charts. In-class assignment was completed on Chapter 5/6. Portfolios are due Wednesday. 

Health 8/9: Our final journals, "Something you are Proud of" and "Juggling your Roles" were completed.

Science 8: In-class assignment Chapter 11/12 was completed. Portfolios are due Wednesday. 

Reminder: 
* There will be lunchtime review Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
* We will be completing review classes all this week! Be sure to do some study, try your practice exam and bring some questions to the review class!

June 1st

Science 8: Today we completed an exit card and then review questions on chapter 10-12. In-class assignment on Chapter 11/12 will be Monday, June 5th. 

Science 9: Today we learned about meiosis and did a comparison chart on mitosis/meiosis. In-class assignment on Chapter 5/6 will be Monday, June 5th. 

Reminder: 
* Lunchtime review was held today at lunch, the next one will be Monday.
* Solutions for the practice final are now posted in class and on the blog (May 31st posting)
* Science 8&9 Portfolios will be collected on Wednesday, June 7th. Make sure all items are completed. Below are the checklists.
